Summer Ministries

For more than 85 years, Child Evangelism Fellowship® has worked to evangelize and disciple children with several ministry programs. Today, we offer both in-person and digital ministries around the world. We feature unique ministries which have proved to be effective tools in our effort to evangelize and disciple children. With the help of our dedicated volunteers, CEF® of West Virginia has reached thousands of children and their families since 1969.

5-Day Club® is an exciting, fun-filled one and a half hour session held each day for five consecutive days. It includes: dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, inspiring missionary stories, meaningful songs, and life-changing Scripture memorization.

Christian Youth In Action (CYIA™) is a program designed to train teens and adults (including you!) in effective methods to teach children about God. You will attend a one- to two-week training school where you will learn to present the Gospel clearly, counsel a child for salvation and lead a dynamic club ministry for kids.

As our summer clubs wrap up, Child Evangelism Fellowship is still ministering to children through our Open Air Ministries—held on Saturdays and during local festivals and events. These engaging outreach efforts are the perfect bridge between our summer programs and school-year ministries.

Don’t miss one of our biggest events: Bridge Day! Bridge Day, held on the third Saturday in October, is one of our most exciting opportunities to connect with families, share the love of Christ, and bring the Gospel to children in a fun, interactive setting.
